5/19/2009 – At approximately 2:40pm, a neighbor reported to Wicomico Central a house fire in the 2800 block of Old Ocean City Rd, east of Salisbury. Crews arrived to find smoke conditions throughout the 2 story structure. According to WBOC, the damage to house is estimated at $75,000 with another $25,000 in contents damaged. The exact origin and cause of fire is still under investigation.
