6/4/2013 – At approximately 12:05 PM Talbot Center dispatched Station 60 (Easton) and Paramedic 96 for a 10-50 PI on Black Dog Alley in the area of Kingston Road. Chief 61 (J. Harrison) arrived on location; reported one dump truck overturned in the roadway and established command. Crews checked the truck for fluid leaks and hazards. The driver of the truck refused treatment at the scene.
