9/10/14 – Caroline dispatched Station 700 (Goldsboro), Station 56 (Marydel) and Paramedic 17 for an MVC with rollover on Henderson Road in the area of Melville Road. Units arrived on location to find a tractor trailer hauling live chickens overturned in the edge of a field. Officer 717 (D. Wothers) established command and requested Delaware Station 48 (Felton) and DNREC to assist with pumping the fuel from the saddle tanks. The driver refused treatment at the scene. The cause of the accident is under investigation by the Maryland State Police.
