4/5/2009 – The Pittsville Fire Department responded to this accident involving a motorcycle on Poplar Neck Rd Sunday afternoon. The driver collided with a dog which was the cause of the accident. The dog did not survive the accident. The motorcycle driver was transported to PRMC in Salisbury Md in serious condition. EMS 6 from Parsonsburg assisted on the call. The Maryland State Police is investigating the accident.
